Description
The largest species of bear in the world, the Polar Bear has its habitat all across the Arctic circle. It spends much of its time on the sea ice, hunting seals and swimming across vast spaces of frigid ocean. Pregnant Polar Bears spend the length of winter hibernating in a place away from the harsh blizzards, and sometimes even give birth. The mother and her little bear cubs emerge in spring, ready to go out into the big world and hunt for themselves.
