Description
The term ‘enlightenment’ has been nebulous since the time it was used to describe the Buddha. For who can say what he saw in his mind’s eye during his meditative spell under the Bodhi Tree? The words of the cosmos that came to him then, until he was a changed man, a metamorphosis beyond mortal comprehension. He was indeed enlightened then, for it was divine light that shone upon him, and his shadow spanned continents, reaching even places he never himself set foot in.
