The curious thing about art is that there’s nothing to say what can be your muse and what cannot. The term has no strict meaning, because the concept itself lacks a proper definition. What creates inspiration anyway? How can we predict or explicate this strange phenomenon that brings forth a wellspring of creativity? For surely there are those who have tried, and they will tell you that chasing it is futile. Like the Greek nymphs that inspired them, muses are in equal parts beautiful and flighty, extraordinary and ephemeral.
