Description
The white tiger is a source of fascination among cultures all throughout Asia, both as a biological anomaly and a mythological creature. One of the four Chinese constellations, the White Tiger symbolizes purity of spirit, being said to only appear when the emperor ruled with absolute virtue. Their snow white coats a result of genetic mutation in their fur pigmentation, and are incredibly rare, only occurring in one out of every 10,000 tigers born in the wild.
