Orders

Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Continue Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions. If you are having issues placing an order, please contact our Customer Support Team.

In order to browse and enjoy our site, you do not need to register with Underlyn. However, at the time of purchase, you might be requested to register to the site.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our payment partners Stripe and PayPal.

If you submitted an order with us but didn’t receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. It is also possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please wait 4 hours and get in touch with us with the name and email address used to place the order. We’re happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

We allow order cancellations till 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support Team with your order number. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already gone into production.

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, we may be able to modify it for you. We are unable to substitute individual items in your order. If you would like to add to your existing order within a 24-hour period, please place a new order and contact us with respective order numbers. We will try to ship them to you together. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping & Delivery

Underlyn currently ships to the United States of America, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore and India. In the future we plan on shipping to additional destinations, so please check back.

Our shipping partners are Blue Dart for domestic shipments (within India) and DHL Express and FedEx for international shipments.

Underlyn.com guarantees your satisfaction. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support team.

We do not currently deliver packages to a P.O. box and all products must be shipped to a street address.

Art prints below 12” are mailed in stay-flat mailer bags. Larger art prints are rolled with butter paper to protect against dust before being packaged in poster tubes. Framed items are packaged securely and placed in corrugated boxes.

Underlyn offers free shipping on orders, whether framed or not, over USD 250. For orders up to USD 250, a flat rate shipping fee of USD 25 applies to all the countries we ship to. We currently ship to the following countries – USA, Canada, Australia, India, Singapore and the UK.

Transit times vary from 5-15 working days depending on your country of residence and this time period excludes any delays due to customs clearance. Our team works round the clock to get your product to you at the earliest possible but we are only human and if you experience a delay beyond 20 working days, please feel free to contact us here.

As soon as your art ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Returns

Our prints are custom printed and our frames are hand-crafted for each order that is placed. Therefore, they cannot be returned once purchased. However, if your print or frame is flawed or damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following details so that we can ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase:

– Email address that you used when placing the order
– Order number
– Customer name
– Product number

Because all of our frames and prints are hand-crafted and/or custom-made-to-order, we are currently not able to issue refunds. However, if your product arrives in a damaged condition, in any way, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery and we might be able to send you a replacement.
