Underlyn’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used singularly or in connection with any product or service that is not Underlyn’s, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion amongst customers, or in any manner disparages or discredits Underlyn. To the extent a name, logo or design does not appear in this policy, such lack of appearance does not constitute a waiver of any Intellectual Property rights by Underlyn or its licensors.
