Please upload the original digital file in JPEG, PNG, or HEIC format.
Do not upload a photo of a printed photo.
Smartphone photos work beautifully — as long as they’re clear, well-lit, and not blurry.
Can I include more than one person or pet in the portrait?
Yes, we can work with group photos or images with pets!
Just remember: embroidery detail is shared across faces, so for the clearest results, we recommend 1–3 subjects per portrait.

Can you edit my photo before embroidery?
Yes — we offer optional photo editing for ₹500.
This can include:
