    Sculpted using dense metallic embroidery on a smooth suede ground, each horn, eye and border is raised with meticulous padding for true 3-D form. The “striking surface” runs along both sides, stitched in a cross-hatch of metallic thread. We frame it in a handcrafted pine wood box shaped like a real matchbox; the artwork projects 3.5" from the wall for dramatic shadow-play.     - Vacuuming can also be done using a nozzle covered with muslin or stocking, held on with an elastic band.
