When will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?
Each piece is made to order and ships within the timeline mentioned on the product page. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your artwork is on its way!
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free VIP shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee applies — you’ll see the exact amount at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our pieces are handcrafted to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If that ever happens, just reach out within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Can I customize the artwork or get a custom portrait made?
Yes! Many of our artworks can be customized in terms of size or framing. We also offer made-to-order textile portraits — you place the order, and we’ll reach out to collect your photo. Just message us if you need help exploring options.
