A garden moment, bottled. Countryside brings the romance of the French countryside indoors: a rambling clematis vine that seems to climb right off the wall, dotted with soft blossoms and bright leaves. It’s airy, sculptural and just a little bit wild—in the best way.

Built as a trellis, strips of black organza are woven into a checkered pattern and stretched using the black stained frame. Over this open grid, artisans embroider and hand-build each element—the veined leaves, wired tendrils and layered petals—so the vine can weave through and around the frame. The piece is intentionally open-front (no glazing) to preserve the depth and movement; it’s viewable from the front and the sides, almost like a wall-mounted botanical.

Care Details

- The safest way to remove loose dust and dirt is by carefully using a lint roller or a soft brush on the textile.
- Vacuuming can also be done using a nozzle covered with muslin or stocking, held on with an elastic band.
- Keep away from excessive moisture and humidity. Do not display it in cold and damp areas.
- Remember to occasionally dust off the back of the frame to prevent dust particles from harming the artwork.
- Do not pull any loose ends. Clip them with scissors.
