When will my order ship?
Thanks so much for placing an order with us! Processing and shipping times will depend on the artwork that you have purchased. The estimated delivery timeline is generally mentioned under "Shipping & Returns" on every product page. You will also see this information at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Are your prices in USD?
All the prices on the site are in USD and our payment systems process orders in USD. The conversion rate to your currency will happen through your bank or credit card. Please note that we are not responsible for changes in exchange rates.
Do you offer product customization?
Depending on the value of your order, we might be able to offer product customization. Please reach out to us at email@example.com BEFORE you place your order with your specific customization request.
Product customization might involve an additional cost, which will be communicated to you by our customer experience team.
Can I cancel my order?
We allow order cancellations only if they are initiated within 1 hour of your order being placed. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Order Cancellation."
If the reason for cancellation is the need for a custom size or a color variant of the product chosen, we might be able to accommodate your request. Please mention this reason in your email.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all leading credit cards, including Amex, Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal.
Can I stack multiple promotions in one purchase?
At this time, we can only accept one promotion per order. This includes promo codes, gift codes, rewards, and site-wide promotions. We always suggest using the offer that gives you the best deal!
Please note that restrictions apply to all codes.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
We do have E-Gift Cards available for purchase online! You can find those here. Once you purchase the E-Gift Card, your recipient will immediately receive an email with the gift code. All E-Gift Cards can be applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently based in India and YES - we ship all over the world! A Zonos Hello pop-up at the bottom right corner will greet you on your visit to Underlyn and will inform you whether we do ship to your country. Currently we ship to over 45 countries, including but not limited to:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Republic of China, India, France, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Israel, UAE, Republic of Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Argentina and Brazil.
Please note that shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes, which might be applicable for international shipments to your country. An estimated value of these import duties and taxes can be seen in the Zonos pop-up in the bottom right corner on every product page. You can read our full shipping and return policies here.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, we ship with DHL Express for international orders and Blue Dart for domestic orders (within India).
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All orders over $500 (before shipping & taxes) are eligible for FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING as part of our VIP shipping experience! Orders below $500 are charged a flat rate shipping fee, based on the destination.
Please note that shipping charges do not include any import duties and taxes that might apply to international shipments to your country. You can see an estimation of said import duties and taxes in the Zonos Hello pop-up at the bottom right corner on every product detail page. This is only an estimation and you will be solely responsible for any such import duties and taxes that might be applied by the customs department of your country.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your artwork ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you accept returns?
As most of our products are made-to-order, all orders are considered to be FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in packaging them securely. However, in an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please share photos of the issue AND the packaging so we can find the best solution for you.

Why should I create an account on Underlyn?

I can't log into my account! What do I do?
If you placed an order with us before but did so using Guest Checkout, all you need to do is activate your account! You should have an account activation email from around the time you placed your first order, but if you cannot find this email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
