We offer FREE VIP SHIPPING worldwide on orders over $500. Orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee, based on the shipping address. International orders (shipped outside of India) might be subject to customs duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Any shipping charge applied does not include such customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Returns
As our products are made-to-order, all of our products are to be considered FINAL SALE and non-returnable. We guarantee the quality of our products, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us at support@underlyn.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include in your email photos of the issue AND the packaging it arrived in.

- The safest way to remove loose dust and dirt is by using a lint roller or a soft brush on the textile.
- Keep away from excessive moisture and humidity
- Remember to occasionally dust off the back of the frame to prevent dust particles from harming the artwork.
- Do not pull any loose ends. Clip them with scissors.
- This frame has been finished with linseed oil. Maintenance will have to be done about once a year or according to the wear of the finish.
- Dry-looking or discolored wood indicates that you may need to reapply a light coat of oil. Simply clean the surface with a damp cloth, let dry completely and apply the oil, wiping all excess oil after 5 minutes.
"I Got A Story To Tell" is designed to look like a vintage distressed Persian rug. American suede fabric is used to handcraft this “rug” to give it a patinated look that is soft to the touch. The rug is hand-embroidered using the patchwork technique onto a background of pure silk organza. Additional embellishments in the form of Zardozi and thread work add to the textural charm of this large framed wall art. This gorgeous artwork is designed to be viewed from both sides. It is ensconced in our premium fire-crafted "Ren" frame. Our fire-crafted frames are made by using an ancient Japanese technique of wood preservation, popularly known as Shou Sugi Ban. The wood is first charred carefully, brushed by hand, stained, and then massaged using linseed oil to ensure a textural yet lustrous surface - all done by Underlyn's talented woodworking artisans. It takes us over 105 hours of intricate and collaborative work to finish this magnum opus.

When will my order ship?
Processing and shipping times will vary from one artwork to the next but you will find the estimated timeline for delivery mentioned under the shipping and returns tab on every product page. If you place an order for multiple products, we usually ship them together, and you will see the estimated delivery range at checkout. Once you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
We are currently based in India and YES - we ship all over the world!
Please note that shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes, which might be applicable for international shipments to your country. Depending on your country's import regulations, your order may incur customs duties and taxes when it arrives at your local customs office. These charges are separate from your purchase price, and it will be your responsibility to cover them before delivery. Underlyn does not pay for any customs duties or taxes at the time of import.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, we ship with DHL Express and India Post for international orders and Blue Dart for domestic orders (within India).
How much do you charge for shipping my order?
International orders (outside of India) - All orders over $500 (before shipping & taxes) are eligible for FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING as part of our VIP shipping experience! Orders below $500 are charged a flat rate shipping fee, based on the destination.
Domestic Orders (within India) - All orders over INR 5000 (before shipping & taxes) are eligible for FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING as part of our VIP shipping experience! Orders below INR 5000 are charged a flat rate shipping fee, based on the destination.
Please note that all Underlyn artworks are shipped from India. If you're ordering from outside of India, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be charged by your local customs authorities. As most of our products are made-to-order, all orders are considered to be FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in packaging them securely. However, in an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at support@underlyn.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
